Select your book order quantity and click "Add to Cart". On the next screen, click the "Checkout as Guest" button. Fill out the form that appears next and click the "Continue" button. Fill in your credit card information to complete your order. 

Domestic orders will be mailed via Media Mail and are expected to arrive 5 to 14 business days after your order is placed. For domestic orders you can also request Priority Mail to arrive in 3 to 6 business days at an additional charge of $8.50.

Books mailed outside the USA will require $15.00 and have varied arrival times depending on what country it delivers to.​
